Q. How large are your coffee bags?

A. Our coffee bags come in 250g, 500g and 1 Kg

Q. Do you ship to ______?

A. We delivery anywhere in Australia and are only charged $3.50 per order. International deliveries are by arrangement only. please e-mail enquire to sales@willisjococoffee.com.au

Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?

A. We roast and fill your orders the same day to ensure freshness. We roast and prepare your coffee for you when you order, usually within 2-3 business days (monday-friday) of the receipt of your order. We ship domestic packages using Austalia Post and the delivery time will vary from 2-7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Next-Day Delivery orders will be shipped as requested and we will add a surcharge to shipping. Please note, that some equipment, syrups, and chai may not be available for overnight delivery. Remember that you must factor in roasting time even for next day delivery! A. We offer 100% High Grown Arabica. Our coffees are only of the highest quality available.The quality and freshness will far exceed any national brand, and based on our customer feedback. If you think its not then please call 1800 733 476 to tell us how we can improve

A. Yes. We understand that even though our site is 100% secure, ordering online is a new experience for many. Please call us at 1800 733 476 if you are uncomfortable ordering online. We will be happy to assist. We are available between 8:00am-6:30pm

Q. How much does psotage cost and where do you delivery?

A. We only charge $5.00 postage no matter how big your order. This includes everything on your site for sale. We also delivery anywhere in Australia

Q. Why is there no prices on the equipment?

A. The reason we don't put prices on the equipment, is because we like to discuss the machine with you and discuss pricing personally.
