Return Policy

We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of the products we sell. If you are unhappy with any products you receive from Willis Joco Coffee, return the unused portion and we will resend replacement items or refund your money. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

For any equipment purchase: All returns and cancellations will be assessed return postage and a 15% restocking fee.

If you have ordered product and you refuse shipment you will be assesed at least $7.00 for return postage and restocking fee.
